Nord Anglia Education has 66 schools in 29 different countries. It’s crucial that it provides consistent and up-to-date training for all of its practitioners.
Using ReelPlatform, Nord Anglia has found an extremely effective tool to enable all practitioners to view the same video training materials. This builds up a common language across their schools and ensures consistency of skills and approach throughout this network.

Nord Anglia Education is truly an international affair. Its network of schools provides high-quality education to students in 29 different countries.
Offering a range of internationally recognised curricula, its innovative approach to learning is delivered by a global community of teachers and practitioners.
CLIENT CHALLENGES
With such a geographically diverse team, Nord Anglia Education found few opportunities to deliver face-to-face training across its schools. They needed a way of ensuring consistency of approach for their staff and a chance for their international network to exchange and debate best practice.
As the education landscape continues to develop, Nord Anglia have found it challenging to produce effective training content to keep apace with the changes. They also lacked a way to incorporate video based training within their existing website.
PROJECT BACKGROUND
To meet these challenges ReelPlatform developed a white-labelled instance of the platform that integrates with the existing eLearning community at Nord Anglia University (NAU). The integration incorporates the platform’s innovative and easy to use search framework, enabling users to effortlessly navigate through themed video content.
The integration with Nord Anglia’s e-learning platform Moodle, enables ReelPlatform to be accessible through the Nord Anglia site, using single sign on.
ReelLearning’s readymade bank of classroom video content provided NAU with over 200 clips to use to get them started. Since the platform’s launch, NAU has commissioned content filmed at schools in:
- Budapest
- Mexico
- Vietnam
- Dubai
- Bratislava
The film production team at ReelPlatform has supported them to develop this content, ensuring content is presented in an easily digestible form for online engagement.
PROJECT RESULTS
All teachers across Nord Anglia Education’s international teams are now part of a common, shared learning and development experience.
Staff based in 29 different countries are now able to keep their professional development updated through access to the latest video content. As the portfolio of content grows this means that NAU becomes an even richer and more valuable training resource for this global network of teachers.
